CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to get the most out of my life that i can. I have put aside the idea of a career for a while, and I have chosen just to enjoy my youth while I have it. I will have plenty of time to sit in a cubicle when im 60.

ABOUT ME

I am a very laid back person who loves to meet new people. I love experiencing new culture and lifestyles. Food is a huge passion of mine, and no matter what is set on the plate in front of me I have to try it. I love to cook, so whether you crash on my couch or i crash on yours i would take great pleasure in fixing you a great meal. I am a light social drinker, not much of one for being drunk or wasted. I prefer cannabis over any other substance. I am very respectful to peoples sense however, and will never be one to smoke around people who are uncomfortable about the situation. Respect is key. I live by the golden rule.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is that you only live once. The short 80 years that we have on this earth should not be wasted, get out of that cubicle, get out into the world and live it. the money, the job, the education, thats all secondary to the pleasures of living

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While I am on my study abroad program I am hoping to couch surf my way across Europe. I will be happy to provide a roof for anyone who is in the canterbury area. However it needs to be known that I live on the Kent University Campus. My room is rather large, however there is no spare mattress or couch, but plenty of floor space. I have a disabled persons room at University so it could comfortably house two people for a few days. I have my own bathroom with shower, and a kitchen that i share with two fourth year students who are very respectful and quiet.

Along with those, i love meeting people, sharing experiences, and educating one another on our different cultures. I play football, and love to ride my bicycle. Just going for a walk is also a great way to just let it all go and relax. Your feet can take you anywhere

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Stanley Kubrick all his films are amazing. I am a fan of almost every type of music except popular hip hop and rap, or country western...i cant stand those. But just for an idea of bands i do like. Radiohead, Sublime, Bob Marley, Stephen Marley, Damian Marley, Pink Floyd, Zeplin. My favorite books are, 1984, down and out in paris and london, Burning Rainbow Farm, Mr. Nice. Atlas Shrugged, and Brave New World, andd so many more

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent the night sleeping at the base of the active Volcano Arenal as it shot molten boulders the size of a pickup truck into the air. Watching the molten rocks fly across the starry sky was truly a moment of pure beauty
