Greetings! My name is Maya a twenty-something year old who has grown up in Austin, TX her whole life. But don't let my lack of big moves fool you(I just live in a really fun city). I am a well versed traveler when it comes to the United States and Mexico, at a young age my parents instilled the love and necessity for travel in my heart. My hobbies would include but are not limited to the arts, striking conversations(with a little debate to spice things up), hiking, learning, sharing experiences with others. I like to make the most and the best of my life and I hope to share my optimistic views on life with whomever I get the opportunity to stay with. I am polite, can make some incredible food( vegan, veggie or meat dishes!), a great listener and a good dancer(debatable). My intent for life is to share as much love and knowledge as I can with my fellow man because that is what I would like in return. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet genuine people, to learn from their stories and possibly share my own if they wish to hear it. I want to build life long friendships with people and help them in whichever way I can if I am lucky enough to do so.
