ABOUT ME

I'm an outgoing 20-year-old from NYC, and I'm studying abroad in Sydney, Australia, this year, but am a student at University of Wisconsin-Madison. I love to travel, and cook (and also eat, of course!). I speak french fluently, and a tiny bit of mandarin.

Interests

I love to hang out with friends and cook and eat and have laid back evenings. I also really like going to concerts, and to the movies. I'm a bit of a film fanatic. I also would really like to learn more about sustainable agriculture so I'm thinking of trying to wwoof at some point this year. I would really like to be able to travel around australia while I'm here on my study abroad, and also get to New Zealand if I get the chance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to visit a friend of mine in Vietnam this past November, and seeing him totally immerse himself in such a different place/language/culture was so amazing. It really inspired me to push myself more when it comes to traveling. Also he had an amazing view over the whole of Ho Chi Minh City!!! So that in itself was pretty awe-inspiring.
Also, just getting to Australia back in July for the first time and only knowing one person (not well) before getting here was pretty big for me.
