If I don't seek what I really want for my life, who will do it for me?

Interests

I'm always down to bike (road or mountain), hike, paddle,and sleep in my hammock somewhere that my phone has no signal. When I'm inside, you can find me cooking (even when I'm not hungry), playing with juggling toys, or screwing about on the playstation. I pick up and drop off a lot of hobbies and small projects because I like to keep my hands busy.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm working on my writing samples for grad school and try to make myself read one short story a day. I collect copies of Best American Short Stories and worship writers like Lorrie Moore, Junot Diaz, ZZ Packer, Jennine Capo-Crucet, and George Saunders.
Much of the music I like to listen to stems from listening to music while writing. This is normally what stimulates me without distracting: Jazz, Latin Jazz, Dub/ska, and Yoruba music that reminds me of Nigeria.
