ABOUT ME

My boyfriend Mike is 28 and a very outgoing and friendly person. He's never meet a person that wasn't his friend :)Originally from Denver, CO, he joined the US Navy at 19 and been in the Navy for 9 years. 3 of which were spent living in Japan! So needless to say he's enjoys and in knowledgable about many thing Japanese. While in the Navy he's been on several deployments traveling throughout the southpacific, asia, and middle east. Since moving from Japan, he's been in San Diego developing a love with craft beer and homebrewing. He/we enjoyed homebrewing so much he and a friend opened a brewery here in San Diego this past summer! When he's not brewing or doing Navy things, he can be found snowboarding, playing Catan, researching tech things on the interwebs, volunteering for San Diego Regional Burning Man events, playing various nerd affiliated games (I say that with all the love). After being with him for a 1.5, I pushed him to get his passport. We took our first passport required trip in April to Mexico and plan to much more traveling together soon.

My name is Megan and just as friendly as Mike, but a little more introverted. But don't let that fool you! I love meeting new people :) I'm 30 years old and got my passport when I was 21. Since then I've developed an addiction to traveling and have been to 8 different countries. I lived in San Diego for 5 years, but I'm originally from Illinois. I moved out of the Midwest after graduating from the University of Illinois. I'm currently studying to get my cosmetology license and working on opening up a photography business. In addition to my love of travel, I enjoy drinking/trying good/new beers, photography, histoy, cooking, sociology, learning to sew, makeup artistry, and a few more I'm forgetting.

P.S Both LOVE food and love trying new foods!
