I’m Mehul, I’m 24 years old. I’ve been to 20 countries so far. I love meeting new people, learning about other cultures and exploring new environments.

I’ve lived in Leicester, UK for most of my life but also lived in London for 3 years whilst studying at university.

My family is Gujarati, so I grew up learning about Indian culture and cuisine. We still only speak Gujarati at home.

I’m currently travelling in British Columbia and Washington State for a month and planning to thru hike in ONP and Mt Rainier.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on couch surfing to meet travellers, make friends and share stories!

I stayed with a family in Kyrgyzstan and never had so much fun travelling. They taught me some Kyrgyz, about their history and showed me their village. I think meeting and staying with locals is the best way to travel.
