ABOUT ME

Growing up on Vancouver Island I've always been one of the adventurous types -non-stop on the go and constantly finding new opportunities to be had. I've found myself loving nomadic lifestyle of travel and work and don't see that changing anytime soon! As long as I'm surrounded by mountains and either a lake or the salty ocean I'm the happiest girl around.

PHILOSOPHY

There's no need to stress or worry about what the future may hold - just live your life day by day and it will all flow together perfectly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in a big, friendly house with four roommates! We are open to sharing are home with fellow travelers whom are passing through to shred the slopes or perhaps friends whom are awaiting to find a place in Nelson to move into! I'm always stoked on a good time - either it be going out snowboarding or just relaxing over good conversation and laughter! The more friendly , positive and energetic friends in our house the better - isn't that what a home should be full of!?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no previous experience couch surfing and this will be the first being able to host:)

Music, Movies, and Books

When it comes down to music I'm the least pickiest! I love anything from Fleetwood Mac all the way down to the Gorillaz:)As far as reading goes I find myself going on spurts of picking up books and getting lost within them - ps book exchanges is among my favorites :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking up through the Northern Rockie Mountains - surrounded purely by nature and wildlife having nothing but the sound of the wind blowing through the trees and the distant crack of a caribou venturing. Continuing on in the midst of no where - yet the best place and moment I've ever been able to experience. Even better a patch a wild blueberries that I shall indulge in and time shall be lost amongst nothing! This is one of my most recent amazing time freezing memories, and I was able to re-make this magical time happen everyday for the 5 months i was situated in Muncho Lake - North East BC
