I am an easy going longtime Los Angeles resident with tons of friends and a living room couch to share. Pictures to follow. Great neighborhood - walking to grocery stores, restaurants and nightlife; but not too close that it's too loud for regular sleeping hours.
Amenities of this couch include: air conditioning, DirecTV with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon, Wi-Fi, a combination shower/tub, full fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and the usual urban amenities as well as a divider door you can put over the entry way to the living room in the evening. There are front and kitchen entrances to the building so you won't be bothered.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm recovering from a bad car accident and am looking to supplement my freelance income.
Music, Television, Current Events, My Friends
Music, Movies, and Books
Ryan Adams, Wilco and a bunch of other bands that will probably sound unfamiliar. I'm more of a Netflix binger than movie watcher and choose my books carefully. TV is easy - anything that Aaron Sorkin or John Wells has had any hand in.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Worked on the top floor of the Cexapitol Records Tower.
Teach, Learn, Share
I've always found that the best teaching is to share honestly and without intent to change or enlighten someone and that the best way for said person to become enlightened or aware is to listen actively and without judgment and understand the matter or situation on their own terms.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Lively conversation, great friends, exceptional knowledge of local hotspots and a great take on the city since I have lived all over this great town of ours...all the way from downtown to Santa Monica.
Countries I’ve Visited
