PHILOSOPHY

If the world treats you badly, lift your head up as high as you can and fight back with goodness and trust. You win nothing with being afraid, angry or bitter to the world or people. Share as much good things as you can.

If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap. If you want happiness for a day, go fishing. If you want happiness for a year, inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody.

Interests

Sports are my greatest passion and I'm currently into Brazilian jiu-jitsu and submission wrestling which I train everywhere possible. I love to do sports with new people to learn new things and have new perspectives. I also like discovering and trying out new and alternative training methods.

I love taking photos and meeting new people. Scandinavian countries and other northern nations are dear to me and I like the chilly weather and outdoors. That doesn't mean that I couldn't party; I'm friend of good whiskeys, wines and beers and enjoy having a drink with good people. Tattoos are near and dear to me: I love to see them and I love to have them as well.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm one good personal trainer when it comes to sports and fitness; from American football to weight lifting. I've tried lots of sports and done various workouts that I'm more than happy to share. I'm also a Finn so I'm more than happy to lead people to the language and culture of our country.
