I am 2o years old and have been traveling since I was born. I love seeing new places and experiencing new cultures. I study psychology in Washington, DC, but I am currently studying in Prague until December.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is the same as my current mission: to experience the world around me by expecting nothing and enjoying everything

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to the CS project, a friend of mine did it and she had a good time so I figured I would try it out. It sounds like a great way to meet people and experience places in a totally unique way!

I have stayed with friends of friends before when traveling, but I have never really couchsurfed like this

movies: I love just about all movies
books: Orwell's 1984, Frankenstein, Harry Potter (of course)
Music: Whatever is playing (only thing I don't like is screamo)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am still waiting for that amazing thing to happen that will stick in my mind forever. However, one thing that tends to slip people's notice are all the little things that happen around us every day. So while I may not remember them, it's the little things that I think are truly amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

Be open to new experiences, even when you have everything planned and it doesn't go the way you wanted, just let it go and move forward. Life is a one-shot thing, there are no do-overs, so just take what you have and go with it.
