Hi there!

My name is Milou. I love adventures, exploring new countries, cities and above all nature! Activities outside such as hiking, running, cycling, snowboarding, skiing give me the most energy. However a good book or a moment to draw or paint I can enjoy just as much! Furthermore I finished my masters degree in Human Technology Interaction, which is basicly a combination of psychology and Technology. I believe that technology will help us in the future though it needs to be well designed and implemented.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To get out of that hotel! In more remove area's there are not always hostels or available airbnb's! Though I love to meet some people on my travels, even if it is only for a short chat.

Music, Movies, and Books

Jazz, classical (love Einaudi) and indie pop!

Books range from adventure stories such as the wilde or the Alchemist, or the celestian prophecy (which is more spiritual I guess) to more scientific books about psychology, choice behaviour our sleep rythems and the effect of Light polluted skies.

Movies; I will watch probably everything but again adventure are the favourite. Though my favourite Movies stay's: Midnight in PARIS and I must say a Disney animation always does the tricky on a raining day!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One, hard to choose. At the moment I go for the 5 days hike along the lysefjord in Norway. But sky diving above one of the Dutch Island is on an immediate second.
