Some friends have done couch surfing and highly recommended it. I'm traveling through the Rockies Sept-Oct on my own and would like to meet some cool people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled Europe for three months on my own before I started working full time. Met amazing people everywhere, saw the sights, learned a lot about myself.

Spend more time listening to people (active listening). Management is a mix of courage and humility: the courage to say or decide what has to be done even when its not popular or easy, and the humility to accept that you're always learning and to give and seek feedback and coaching. Life is just a series of moments and good conversations.
