I'm an avid reader who enjoys hiking, mountain biking, volunteering, camping and traveling. I'm involved with many humanitarian organizations and strive to the best of my ability to help make this world a bit more tolerable, compassionate, peaceful and kind. I'm known to have a soft spot with regard to helping others; being empathetic and compassionate to those in need of it.

I joined CS as a suggestion from a fellow Couchsurfer, Jan Clare, whom I had the pleasure of meeting during an airport layover.
