ABOUT ME

Currently in medical school, work in a pub also. I'm pretty adventurous, I like to try new experiences and get thrown in the deep-end a bit. I guess I'm friendly and pretty easy-going, but it's quite hard to write these things about yourself haha. I definitely like meeting new people and I'm always keen to tell a few stories over a beer or two.

Interests

I spend a lot of time travelling, so seeing new things in different cultures or cities is always exciting. I love my work in Tanzania with our school and orphanage and I really look forward to my trips back there each year. I can't go too many days without some form of exercise, so I try to be active in some way each day. I love all board sports, particularly snowboarding, which is an extra special treat for me, considering I was born in one of the hottest cities in the world, surrounded by beaches.

Watching the first sunrise of 2012 from the 6000m summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro after a 7 day climb (also being the first people to summit in calendar 2012)
