Where to start? Somewhere i read that stories should start at the beginning :) I grew up in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia, went to the High School and althought i never stopped lovin’ my hometown after i finished high school i moved to Brno, because it became too small for me. Next year was supposed to be my last in Brno, but i decided to study abroad in Estonia for a semester what will prolong my studies, but i don’t mind it :)

I had a period in my life when i considered myself to be pure extrovert (Ended after High School), then i went through quiet time when i fell in love with art (I know how to draw a little but never really got into it before unfortunutely) and stopped partying four times a week as i used to before :D Now i like to think i am somewhere in the middle (depends on the mood and people i am with, i guess). I still love to go out and have fun, but i also enjoy lenghty debates about topics most people would find nerdy, especially if these debates occur after midnight :D

I am a liberal right-winger (not very usual i know). I strongly believe in individualism, free market and personal freedom in every possible way. Althought i am pretty confidant about my opinions, i LOVE to talk and argue with people with different (opposite?) opinions, because i believe that is way how to learn understand people better.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Very simple answer to this one - I love the idea behind the Couchsurfing. That means meeting new people, getting to know them, seeing the world through their eyes. I am not really interested in the free accomodation part so it is just a very nice added value to me :) Fortunutely I never had problem with money so i don’t have a problem sleeping on a hostel or hotel. Most important thing for me is to meet you and get to know you a little even if it is just a quick meeting in the city :)

I know. I have no references right now but the reason can’t be possibly more simple. I am new here. Althought i am a member since 2015 it took me two years to actually try it :) So if you are reading this you can actually be first person i will meet with Couchsurfing. Nice isn’t it? :)

Interests

My personal goal is to explore the world i was born into :) what means i have a wide range of interests from sports all the way to the thinking about future.

When i was a kid i used to do lot of sports (ice hockey, skiing, cycling mostly) and sport remains my interest even today.

After high school i fell for literature and art. I started thinking more about politics and the world around me.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC: depends on the mood. I don't have a favourite band or singer but generally i like positive songs and i don't care if they it is pop, rap, hip-hop or whatever.

MOVIES: hard to pick so to name just a few i like The Martian, Interstellar, Forest Gump, Lord of the Rings, Shawshank redemption and many many more. Just ask :)

BOOKS: These days i mostly read non-fiction about history and society. Right now i am reading Thank You for Being Late from Thomas Friedman.
