About Me

CURRENT MISSION

~ olympic 2010 volunteer desperately seeking a cheap and wicked cool place to stay

ABOUT ME

its kind of hard to fit "everything about me" in this little box, and besides that would take out the fun of you learning it yourself ;)

but i will play along a bit :

i am a blue eyed dreadheaded wanderer, and i feel the best when i am on the road not sure where i am going next. i have fallen in love with travelling canada, and i am heading west again in january.

i love music, creation, art, juggling, singing, dancing, energy, intellectual conversations with new people and new perspectives, apples fresh from the tree, half socks, peanut butter, Creston, old clothes, KEEN, tenting in june and waking up to snow, writing, and brainstorming elaborate plans to save the world...to name a few things :)

i am kind and caring and i love people, and especially i love laughing so hard that your belly hurts. so great.

i hate money. seriously. i dont like to hate anything, but i hate money. money is the worlds worst evil, and i wish i could rewrite history without a monetary system. could you imagine? think positive.

i love to share and i love to learn. every person you meet in this world has something to offer and something to teach, if you open your mind and open your heart you will always grow.

Music, Movies, and Books

~ An Imperfect Offering by James Orbinski

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i am sure a lot of you have done this, but i hitch hiked across canada and had the most incredible experience of my life.

i learned things about myself, and i learned things about humanity and the incredible generousity of people.

6 days. 19 rides. 1 crazy transport truck driver. a man who worked in a bean factory. the worlds largest dump truck. sleeping at a funeral home. saskatchewan fields. northern ontario & the a**hole of the world...

its a great story, one worth sharing over a glass of vino or beer mayhaps :)
