Hi! I'm a 31 F teacher from British Columbia who is circumnavigating the world, and have been on the road since July 2017. My travels have brought me to many amazing places, and I've been lucky to meet just as amazing people along the way! The country I was last in was Germany, where I lived with my boyfriend for a few months. I'm currently based out of Gold Coast, Australia and am living with my best friend! Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I find it hard to connect with people in hostels as I'm usually only in and out within a day or two. It's nice to meet locals and not always other travellers! I find it's much easier to get the "feel" for the place when you stay with someone who lives in it. Also, let's be honest, I can't afford Air BnB & etc, I'm travelling the world in under a year!! Looking to return the favours and pay it forward when I am back in Canada by becoming a host!

I'm the worst critic because I can find value in everything. I'm easygoing and love to listen to music, especially when it's live! I'm a bookworm who gravitates to environmental and cultural education, and I could watch a movie and eat popcorn every night and die happy. Hehe
