ABOUT ME

Hola,
My name is Michelle it's hard to describe my self in this small box, but here I go. I am a easy going/open person (so I'm told). I am a student at the University of New Mexico. I am studying Cinematic Arts, with a minor in English. I love being creative and artistic. I love meeting new people, and learing differnt ways of self expression. I am a avid postcrosser (which means I love to send postcards all over the world)! I am also an assistant director on a local film festival "Experiments In Cinema" I have hosted many filmmakers who have travled to the festival (but new to Couch surfing). I am actively involved in a mico cinema "Basement Films" were myself and other members conduct public film screening, film/video installations, and youth media literacy.

Because of my involvement in the film community here in New Mexico. I will often suggest or take you to a off the beaten track film experience(don't expect the convential hollywood/narrative). I also seek out interesting music and art shows around town that could be of interest to people. I love Mexican food and you might find yourself sitting in the Frontier restaurant (a must stop) with a breakfast burrito in hand when you arrive in town.
