Living in Europe as a North American is great - so easy to jaunt over to an unexplored region at a reasonable cost!

My travel schedule between work and vacation can be hectic, so I apologize in advance if I forget to block time on the app.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking to decrease my travel costs to get in more travel, while meeting new and interesting folks who know the local culture and places worth seeing. I'm willing to do the same for others, and hosted only once so far.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm no mountain climber. Climbing Huayana Potosi (20,000ft) was an experience I won't ever forget. Kilimanjero was also fantastic, as was the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. Maybe I am retiring from mountains now:-)
