Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My goal in life, for the minute, is to travel and meet people all around the world, so to Couchsurf and host, I think is a great way to kickstart that on a low budget.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love finding new music, watching diverse movies and reading any book that comes into my hands. Indie Rock music being the probable favourite. I love movies, any movies! Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is perhaps the movie I've watched most. But I'm open to watch everything and anything. (Also I have to mention my love of Starkid musicals.) Books are my alter-dimensions, if they immerse me in their world, they're loved.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2013 I went to Swaziland, South Africa on an expedition with World Challenge. We worked on a project in the Ezulwini valley in which me and a team of 15 other 'Challengers' started the building of water tank foundations for a small school and several houses situated in the nearby valley. The experience will stay with me forever, it was so emotionally impacting. Seeing such a different culture and being welcomed and meeting so many amazing people on our journey was awesome and hit me with the 'travel bug'. Now I just want to go EVERYWHERE. LOVED IT.
