About Me

Hey guys,

I'm a fellow young traveller, outgoing, completely independent with a lot of travelling stories. I'm busy teaching English (wouldn't change my job for anything!) but feel free to drop me a message if you feel like it, I'll get back to you as soon as I can :)

PHILOSOPHY:

Life is complicated. So work hard, laugh hard, think twice, and have fun. But don't you dare whine. I'm young but have been through a lot already.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, I like meeting new people. In fact, I used to have a profile here years ago where I had met a girl I hosted, and wait for it -- we're still in touch even though she lives on the other side of the world - in Singapore. So as long as people are nice and friendly and everything is clear, I think there's really a lot to gain.

Music, Movies, and Books

Lately I've been listening to Classic FM quite a bit. But don't let that fool you - I'm no old grumpy man. The Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy, Moby and Fatboy Slim have been my friends for far longer than Rossini or Dvorak (nope, he's not my grandpa).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I live. That's amazing for life is a tragedy. But the most beautiful one.

Teach, Learn, Share

No idea what to write here. I reckon I should say something clever.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Have got plenty of experiences and true 20's adventures to share. Sometimes I wonder myself how I could have possibly made it. Like a few years ago when I had been travelling from the Czech Republic to the Netherlands to the UK and back and I had ran out of all my money and was eating apples for three days (don't eat those that much anymore) and then got dropped off the train in Germany just before crossing the Czech border. I love this story. It's somewhat sad but I promise it's hilarious too :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
