I'm a 35 year old mom of two amazing boys. I share custody with their father so I have a fair amount of time to travel and have kid-free experiences. I can't wait til they are a little older and can share in my love of seeing new places. For now I travel mostly with my boyfriend. We are both go with the flow people who adapt well in most any situation. Whether at a dive bar in Costa Rica or in a boardroom at a large pharma company....I am comfortable in both situations, but I prefer the sun.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One of my favorite things about traveling is meeting the people who live there. Finding that waitress or sale clerk that loves their city and wants to share it. I've never couchsurfed before and I feel like a person who opens their home to travelers is the type of person who probably embraces that same sharing attitude about their city.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Gave up aspartame for the month of February. No seriously this was hard, I LOVE diet coke. This came about because I decided I would have monthly resolutions as opposed to one giant 2015 resolution. It's been fun. Not as much pressure.
