I'm a 20 year old student, studying at George Brown in downtown Toronto for Building Renovation and Construction Engineering.

I'm planning to live a large portion of my life living abroad and constantly moving to new places in which I can offer my service in whatever way possible. (Currently planning for Kenya for a development project!)

I was born In Iran but moved to Canada when I was 4 and after high school I spent a year doing volunteer work in Israel before coming back to Canada to study.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is such a great tool for moving the world forward towards a more united and loving world. Its an awesome way to meet people and to get a local experience in different places all over.

I joined also because I think couch surfing offers something that we cannot ever gain if we are content with knowing and communicating with those who are similar to us and are from the same place as where were from . It offers the ability for people to learn, share, and collaborate different ideas to people who have experiences in different parts of the world and I think that's really special :)

And I'm also on it because it gives the opportunity for those who aren't too wealthy to travel abroad and save money in areas that are often very expensive.
