ABOUT ME

I have spent most of my life studying, working and exploring my own country...and now it`s time to explore someone else`s backyard.
I have been a primary school teacher for three years, working with children from ages five to ten. It`s an amazing job that requires many skills and all kinds of knowledge. It`s a rewarding job where you are always learning new things everyday.
I am pretty active girl who loves bike riding, running, walking, yoga and netball. I`d much rather play a game of something than sit and the couch and whatch others play. My ipod is the most used piece of technology in my posession...I love my music!

PHILOSOPHY

Instead of living your days you should give life to your days.
You shouldn`t paint people with the same brush...differences can be just as exciting as similarities.

Music, Movies, and Books

Lots of music...whatever is your favourite I will appreciate. I usually watch action, adventure, fantasy and comedy movies. I don`t read a lot, but some that I have loved and will read again are The Hobbit, Homer (The Odyssey and The Illiad) and Harry Potter.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

First of all my own country. There are amazing places to visit in central Australia that will fill your mind and soul with vitallity.
New Zealand...the land of the long white cloud... go there and enjoy...please.
Rio de Janerio...a cultural slap in the face that left me wanting more..I will go back there and hopefully volunteer in a Favela. I want the real Rio life experience.
Travelling through Argentina now and loving the extreme beauty. I spent my 32 birthday on top of a glacier and it was the most memorable birthday I have ever experienced.

Teach, Learn, Share

Being a primary school teacher means that I have skills in lots of areas. One day I would love to teach a group of people a correographed dance of poi. I can also teach you how to make your own poi and jewellery.
