Born and raised in Columbus, OH, I graduated from the Columbus Public School system and took some vocational classes my last two years. Beginning at age 16, I worked as an electrician, first as a helper and growing into a leadman over 7 years of full time work. Never ruled college out, just was always gainfully employed and happy. After 24 years in Ohio, I was ready to move on while I had the chance. In Nov 2012, I moved all of my belongings into my pickup truck, said goodbye to friends and family and headed west with a few friends in similar situations to travel, stay warm, rock climb, see the country, and scope out potential places to relocate to and start another branch of my life. I am very easy to get along with, hardworking, generous, and fair. I like to listen more than I like to talk, and while I never pursued higher education, I make it a point to learn something new everyday.
Be cautious, not reserved. If it's worth doing, Its worth doing correctly. Don't worry about what other people think, but listen to what they have to say. The best things you see in life can't be captured with a photo. Nobody's perfect. If you make a mess, clean it up. Go for it.
