CURRENT MISSION

I was in Spain for 3months and I loved it so I decided I'm gonna go back to Europe again for 3months from April 19th 2011!

ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Miyuki Oba! (you can find me on facebook! miyuki1127@msn.com) I'm from Japan. And I am a "temple daughter". A lot of people ask me what that means. It means both my father and my brother are monks. So i grew up in a traditional family but at the same time my family are very open minded! My parents sent me to America when I was 15 years old so I can also say I grew up in the States as well. Now I'm back in Japan but I LOVE to travel around the world so I went to Spain(Barcelona) for 3 months last year and I had such a GOOD time so I decided that I'm going back to Europe again from April 19th 2011 for 3 months and I'm planning on traveling about 10 countries or more this time! So if you have a couch to offer, I would love to stay with you and get to know your country!!!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

You should definitely come to my home town too! Japan is so beautiful and since I live in a temple, it will be a once and a life time experience for you too!! My brother is a monk but he was in Canada for 7 years so he's fluent in English as well and my father "thinks" he can speak English and my mother can cook delicious homemade Japanese food so I'm SURE you will have great time here!!!!

I have no experience in couch surfing but I'm very excited about it!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've been to little more than 20 countries so far and I'm thinking about traveling 10 more countries or more this year so I had chances to do a lot of amazing things in my life!!! And I would like to meet more people who can inspire me!!

I am a certified Japanese teacher but I haven't had any experience in teaching yet. So if you are interested in learning Japanese, I would love you to be my first student!
I am also a professional child minder. I love children so if you have children, I would love to have fun with them!
I might be able to teach you the basic of belly dance as well! Belly dance is actually the oldest dance on this planet so it's very deep and it's really fun to learn at the same time!
I been trying to learn Spanish now so if you know how to speak Spanish, I would love to learn from you!
I learned a lot about children from amazing teachers who truly love and understand young children. And they are very precious and at the same time they are really delicate so I would like to share the valuable and useful information about how you can help them to grow as a person and support their development!
