ABOUT ME

So, I'm an architect in Sheffield, quite easy going, love days out, independent cinema and most types of music. I spend quite a bit of time with art, photography, painting, short movie making and a walk in the country side every now and then. It's my escape and helps me relax :)

I like to read and cook.... love coffee, chocolate..... going to the gym (you can see why) and swimming

I love learning new things, going to museums, art shows, travelling, street art....
Travel is a big part of me. This year I'm planning to drive down the West coast of the US, next year Iceland and the year after Alaska! Yes, when it comes to big trips I'm a bit of a planner ;)

PHILOSOPHY

Hmm.... possibly to live a life and hopefully end it with no regrets... easier said than done, but we have to start somewhere... I am happy when I travel and experience new things, I like helping people out. So doing both should be a great place to start... and its fun!

I am new to couchsurfing myself, but I have loads of friends who have either couchsurfed or hosted.... and want to join the party!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled in the Himalayas to 18000 feet and spent a night in a tent by the IndoTibetian border surrounded by Tibetian Mastiffs howling into the night in sub-zero temperatures.... A life changing experience :)
