ABOUT ME

Back in the 1990s, I was living in a small town in India while my father lived and worked in Kuwait. Back then, the only wish I had was to go to Kuwait and eat a Green Apple. The wish came true, I came to Kuwait and ate green apples to my heart's content, which is still one of my favorite fruit. I recently realized that this wish of mine was not just a simple childish demand/fantasy kids have. In fact, it was one of my most basic urge that I have as an individual. I like travelling and trying new food. This gene of travelling, not the food, is definitely passed on from my father who has traveled extensively and fortunately for me, he took me to a lot of cool places when I was still young. Due to a big age gap between my parents and I, they had slowed down by the time I went on to college but, I was grown up enough to continue. And through my mother's side, I got the food gene, which I am assuming is because of my grandfather who was a known chef, specializing in paleolithic/nomadic diet in the 70's and 80's (extensive meat and offal rich).

So now, as a grown up, the only two things on which I happily spend most of my money is on travelling and eating. I will try anything at least once.
