ABOUT ME

I teach Forrest Yoga-- a powerful, vigorous style of yoga focused on core strength and connecting the practitioner with her own authenticity.

I'm super mild-mannered, but fun loving. I'm not a drinker. I don't smoke *anything* and never have. I totally support other people's habits, so long as it's not encroaching on my space.

Love yoga. Love certain comics. Love certain animated things. Love Shakespeare. Love Greek mythology. Love the art of John Singer Sargent. Love American Apparel because it's so damn easy to pack and personalize and make multiple uses out of. Love Christmas seasonal everything, although the repeats of songs gets old really fast. Love MIA. Love DeVotchka. Love MJ. Love Neil Gaiman. Love great movies. Love crappy movies.

I love to dance. I'm an actor primarily interested in physical theater. Please don't ask me if you might have seen me in something, if I'm deciding between film, tv, and theater, or if I'm moving to LA or NY. BUT,if you do want to talk shop, just start by asking me what productions, films, actors stir me. For future reference, that's a much better question for an actor, because chances are, we're terribly self-conscious about what we have done and what we haven't done.
