ABOUT ME

We are Molly and Alexi,two chefs in their mid-twenties, with an obsession for pork, on a mission: to expand our palates and understanding of food by traveling the world.
After having worked for many years defining our culinary paths, we found love in the kitchen and the rest is a beautiful recipe for success.
We are embarking on a culinary tour of the world, in search of the unknown; backpacking from town to town, immersing ourselves in the various cultures the world has to offer.

As far as teaching/sharing goes, we both speak english, french, spanish and italian. And we are professional chefs always willing to share our passion and our trade.
