I am a practicing sculpture artist from New Orleans. I am small and look young, but I love to make huge metal sculptures and my favorite thing to do is hot metal casting. I would be happy to send you link to my website if you would like to see my work! I live in Texas right now, but will be moving for graduate school in August. Right now, I work as a waitress at a restaurant for past 7 months, earning money for school. After I go to graduate school, I plan to start building my own house, from the ground up. Building things is my life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm getting ready to travel around Italy and Greece with my wonderful sister, who has not travelled to Europe before! We are very excited to travel together, but living is expensive. So, I'm hoping to arrange some couch surfing nights for us. Let me be clear. We are using CS to have a more unique, friendly experience where we stay. We choose to limit our stay in hostels and hotels for this reason. I have only stayed with one other "couch surfer" from this site and had an AMAZING time. I met one of my most dear friends while staying at his place.

I have not used this site much since my trip to Spain because I live with my family right now with no extra rooms. But, I am moving soon and will be accepting guests once I relocate in August!

Interests

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share many travel stories- I have had many crazy experiences traveling around Europe and they will make you laugh! I always clean up after myself, ESPECIALLY when staying at a host house. I also love to treat host to lunch/dinner/or drinks out for their hospitality.
