About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To have the whole goddamn world stand up and dance with me.

ABOUT ME

I am a traveler at heart and have the empty wallet to prove it. I intend to see each and every continent before I die. I love good beer, good conversation, and genuinely kind people. In the face of change I go with the flow pretty easily. I'm a moderately savvy traveler (I can get myself home more intoxicated than I thought possible). I'm a student, a dreamer, a go getter, and a lover of all mankind!

PHILOSOPHY

Sleep is for the weak... Seize the day... You only live once... All that cheesy jazz but in all seriousness and without the cheese. I figure that I only have one go around on planet Earth and I'm not making it out alive anyways, so why not see as much as I can see, do as much as I can do, and cause as much trouble as I can cause? Life isn't meant to be boring, and I'm trying to avoid dullness and insignificance at every cost.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking to meet new people and make new friends all over the world!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy books by Mitch Albom, and I really like the Harry Potter series. I listen to alternative rock mainly, but I wont deny some smooth jazz and soul.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After watching the Tour de France year after year on television with my dad, I was able to watch the finish of one of the legs while staying in Marseille.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach about all the weird little customs and pronunciations that "keep Portland weird". I want to learn how other people live. Their homes are different from their spaces while staying with them in hostels. I want to be able to experience that.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, England, France, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland

Countries I’ve Lived In

Ireland, United States
