ABOUT ME

Once upon a time there were two crazy, fun girls... they met in San Diego, California... it was 2009. Upon meeting, Lauren kidnapped Morgan to Mexico for her 20 something birthday. The epic weekend in Mexico turned their budding friendship into what would become a lifelong journey of awesome adventures and travels. Unfortunately, shortly after meeting they had to endure a year long separation as Lauren moved away to Taiwan to teach English for a year. Meanwhile, Morgan slaved away in the social service industry in San Diego until late 2011. As fate would have it, Morgan decided to quit her job and sell her car to be reunited with Lauren for her 20 something birthday.. in Laos. The rest is history, well sort of, more like history in the making. Lauren and Morgan have been backpacking throughout South East Asia for almost a year now. Their adventures have taken them from tubing in Laos, relaxing down in 4000 islands, hitting the beaches in southern Cambodia, Thailand and Malaysia and sightseeing in between great adventures and the beatings of their livers. Now they are residing in Chiang Rai, Thailand working at a Rasta Bar until they being the debauchery to the land down under. :)

We have slept on many questionable couches/beach bungalows/boats/ anywhere we can rest our heads.

Interests

We both love the outdoors, live music, festivals, meeting new people, learning new languages, dancing the night away (after a few bottles of whiskey!) hiking, yoga, trekking, fishing, boating, and most of all making parties!!! Anything new and exciting is highly encouraged.
