ABOUT ME

'About you' sections always make write way more than I probably should, so I'll try and be a little bit to the point: I'm taking a break from studying English / CompSci to become a teacher, I'm 27, and I consider myself a very compassionate and down to earth person. I like intellectual discussions, or just a visit to the bar, or both. Traveling is something that I've done extensively and while I like to share my stories I'd much rather add more to my repertoire!

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live. I respect other people's decisions, and I would at best endeavor to change someone's outlook on life if he had taken a step for the worse. Everyone has their own goals in life, and as long as they pursue it in their own way, I'm very much okay with it.

I enjoy literature (mostly Science Fiction and Fantasy, although I've read my fair share of classics), music, eSports (not good enough to participate myself), Pen & Paper games (DnD, some German variants), Video Games (way too many to list) and basically anything related to the Internet/Geekdom.

Music, Movies, and Books

Way too many things to list here. Guy Gavriel Kay as an author. Futurama as a series. Music is seriously too diverse to just write a few names, I guess I could put Queen, Outkast and maybe System of a Down? Those are so completely different from each other I already feel like this made no sense to anyone. Movies, let's just put Spaceballs and call it a day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I stood on the cliffs of the northenmost point of the North Isle of New Zealand and saw the Idian and Pacific Ocean converge, greenish water mixing with deep blue.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach German and English, I can help you fix your computer, or show you how to use the Internet responsibly/securely. I'm pretty good with texts, so if you're due for a paper/essay, I could read and give criticisms. I have some life experience that I could also share.
