ABOUT ME

I'm an RN. I am a very tired RN. I work in an urban Emergency Department here in Milwaukee, and it's time for a bit of a break. I'm leaving my husband, sister-in-law, and her partner here in Milwaukee with my dog and our two cats and heading east for a few weeks.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to this. I'm taking my new (to me) car and heading east tomorrow (11/6). I don't have a set itinerary. I plan to meander through PA and stop for hiking, geocaching and letterboxing (and questing, a quirky east coast variant). I'm hoping to meet a few people, inconvenience them and their couch as little as possible, and head off on the road again with a positive experience behind me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None, indeed. But if it works out with me going east this month, maybe I can host some here in Milwaukee for others.

Intereses

Newbie trail runner, yogi wannabe, obsessed letterboxer, experienced geocacher, married to a brilliant and reclusive internet-minded man. Love: cooking vegetarian food (but grateful for any type of meals), knitting, crocheting, walking with my dog through the paths along the Milwaukee river, hiking, backpacking, reading everything I can get my hands on, and learning how others decide to pave the path of their lives.
