ABOUT ME

It always seems so daunting when presented with an empty slate and the task of describing yourself.. Where to start?

I am currently on a mission to explore the world in my own nonsensical, sporadic and sometimes misguided way..

Before I started travel, I worked as an electrician during the week and spent the rest of the time enjoying the company of the awesome people I managed to find in my life..
My social circles generally revolved around music events, specifically outdoor psytrance festivals in which I took part in both the organization and the party side while enjoying every second of it..

In short I love life, music and meeting excellent people..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since i started couchsurfing, it has changed how I want to travel.. I genuinely enjoy the time I spend with my hosts and their friends and family when they welcome me into their lives.. You definitely get a much better understanding of a place and it's people than you ever could as a typical tourist..
The one problem with this is that is has made the occasions when i am staying in hostels seem like a chore and I have become somewhat unenthused about meeting the general backpacker crowd that swarms it's way through an area..
