Practice empathy. Respect nature. Love someone. Touch others and allow yourself to be touched by others, break down your walls. Don't give crappy hugs - no bro pats. Everyone is entitled to basic human rights. Above all else, LAUGH, laugh often, and laugh loudly.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
A good conversation is a great place to start. Love learning from other people and discussing things that interest them. In the past I've been fortunate enough to have some really great guests that I'm sure will turn out to still be around in the years to come, but for now I can mostly only offer my services as a tour guide and dinner buddy.
Hosted loads of people prior to my current apartment, surfed Europe, India, S. Korea, and S. Africa now back to hosting for a while when I can.
The fun stuff: good people, conversation, a great cup of coffee, interesting books, life experiences, people watching, random sayings, radical faeries.
The serious stuff: social structure, power dynamics, cultural identity, social engineering, mass media [manipulation], public policy, human behavior, behavior change, rights of the child, social determinants of health
- street art
- human rights
