ABOUT ME

We are an eclectic husband, wife and daughter who work as artists, furniture makers, and textile artists in an urban setting. Trying to learn to be even more self sufficient and eco friendly and sustainable.We are memers of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, it is a larger part of our lives but we are not "typical" in some of our career chooses and who we associate with.

PHILOSOPHY

We believe in God and that we were put here with personal missions, goals and responsiilities and that we are ALL Gods children and need to find ways to reach out, connect and become intertwined in each others lives. Spead our joy and love and try to make the world a more lovely place.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are new and want to make new friends, make travel memorable and pleasant by excellent social contacts and connects and make it easier to open the world to others by eliminating some of the barrier of cost of travel by eliminating or greatly reducing the biggest cost, "lodging".

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Staying with friends in Washington state , like situations with social interaction and staying with people who take hosting as an extension of lifestyle and an art form.

We homeschool so we have an extensive library.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went on trip to Europe. Survived abuse. Fooled everyone and manage to make a living quite nicely from what everyone said could not be used to make a living at. Give us a challenge and we thrive.
