ABOUT ME

HALLO

Meghan's the name.

At this exact moment I am living in Germany, right now.

Working at a daycare, saving money and still making time for traveling. The thing is, I graduated college from Florida Gulf Coast University, and then figured I shouldn't waste the opportunity to live in Europe, since it has been one of those "things" I have wanted to do since...forever.

I am...goofy! Need I say more?

I would describe myself as happy, and for the most part I always have a smile pasted on my face, in all sincerity, too. I laugh, too much, and enjoy coffee, tea, books and silence, but then I love loud concerts, beer and a good dancing session. Traveling, SNOWBOARDING, FOOD...food, and nature are some other things that make me, me.

I am a very opened minded person and people intrigue me! I want to get to know you!

Sometimes you can't think twice about your choice. Just do, just go, or you'll never know.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to get to know people in their hometowns as I am traveling. I would like to meet new friends! I hope I can do the same in return, as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is my first time using Couchsurfing, and I have only heard GREAT things about it.

Centres d'intérêt

I like being outdoors- hiking, walking, climbing, swimming. Anything with fresh air involved!

Languages. I want to learn more!

Cooking and baking are my release. Trying new recipes and ideas is fun and challenging because it doesn't always turn out yummy.

Snow. I could live in an Igloo I like snow that much :)
Instead, I just snowboard as much as I can. Not saying I am the best, but I just really enjoy it.

Reading, music and photography are my other passions/pastimes.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Bah! I am more of a music and book person! Try me- most things I enjoy, seriously. There is always a time and place for a different genre of music. Right now if I put music on I would choose a song more mellow. Along the lines of Little Green Cars, Ben Howard, High Highs, Griffin House, General Fuzz, Kings of Leon, and The Tallest Man on Earth.

As for books, nothing too scary. I frighten easily.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I have been more adventurous since coming to Germany and through traveling. I tried surfing, went deep water soloing, went scuba diving, ate food I didn't know the name of (I was a very picky eater before!), rode in a hot air balloon. Every country I have been to has let me see so many amazing things. One of the tops is Cappadocia and the hot air balloons in and out of the valley.

Learn. I want to learn your language. Can you teach me to surf, rock climb, or something else cool? I am open to new things?
