ABOUT ME

My name is Marc Selariu and I'm 20 years old. In 2011 I graduated at High-School in Mosbach. Since then, I study Physics in Würzburg, Bavaria. In case I am not studying, I make music. I started playing the guitar when I was 7, then I started playing the piano at 11 years old. In order to satisfy my upcoming addiction to music, I started playing the double bass, and for my 18th birthday I got myself a drumset which I could luckily bring to Würzburg when I left my hometown. So if you drop by here in Würzburg, staying at my couch, feel free to bring your instrument with you ;)
When visiting Würzburg, there are some sights that you really MUST see. I stay at the highest point of town (Hubland, just google it ;) so from my apartment you have a great view across the whole city. The "Residenz" built in 1719 is a Unesco World Heritage and a really amazing building. Due to the fact that about a quarter of Würzburgs inhabitants are students, the variety of bars and clubs in town is really huge and cheap. Moreover, the Town lies in one of the most famous wine-producting regions in Europe. In case you don't like wine, some of the oldest and best breweries in the world are also located in Bavaria!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In my upcoming Euro-Trip (that I can afford thanks to the Interrail Ticket :P) that I'm going to start at the end of august, I am planning to spontaneously decide where the trains shall take me. So in fact, I have no idea where I'm going to be the month of september.
But I really hope to find some spontaneous couchsurfers to share a good time with :)
