About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To explore different parts of the world and meet as many new people as possible
ABOUT ME
I'd say I'm gregarious. I have been known to stay out late at night.
PHILOSOPHY
I'm in breakeven mode. Basically meaning I'm not trying to save money for some house/car down the line. I'm living right now and trying to see as much of the world as possible while I'm young.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've couch surfed once in Salt Lake City in the summer of 2013. That was a great experience and I hope to do it again.
I learned a lot more about the day-to-day life in Salt Lake City than I would have staying at a hostel.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Like I said, SLC was a great experience. I'm going to be traveling to Puerto Rico soon and how to couch surf there and meet more awesome people.
Interests
Traveling and seeing new cities is an important part of my life. Really getting an authentic feel for different cultures and not just hanging out at the tourist spots is very important to me.
I'm a sorts lover, for sure. If I can join in in a pickup soccer game in some random city, my day has been made.
I enjoy trying new beer. Not that I can really tell the difference between a rye and a bock though.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Harry Potter crushed it, let's be real.
Movies: The Last Samurai, Star Wars, Finding Forrester,
TV: HBO shows, for the win.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Bali was awesome. Slice of paradise there. What was most interesting about my trip to Indonesia was the prior week. I have a cousin from England who found a girl online that lived on Bangka Island, Indonesia. So out I went with my mom for the wedding.
No tourists go to Bangka Island so people would literally stop in their tracks trying to figure out what in the world I was doing there. It was like being an alien. Won't ever forget that experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
One of my favorite learning experiences was at a hostel in Athens. I had a couple of Aussie roommates and it was awesome how much I learned about what it was like to be a high schooler in Australia.
It's amazing how much you can learn while traveling—not necessarily from the place you're in, but just from the people you travel with.
