CURRENT MISSION

I will be having surgery sometime later this year and will be laid up for six weeks. I will be going to Seattle July 2nd - 5th. I will be dog sitting July 11th - 17th. Other than that I will be available.

ABOUT ME

I'm laid back and easy going. I have a sick sense of humor. I'm OCD in a lot of ways, so if something isn't logical then I don't get it. :) I do get referenced as being a blonde a lot.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The only couchsurfing experiences I've had were in my college days. I was a long way from home so would regularly go home with different people for the weekend and on holidays. I have done this type of exchange once when I lived in Austin. I met some people that lived in New Orleans and we ended up staying at eachother's places several times when I was in New Orleans or they were in Austin. It worked out well.

Interests

I love music. I love going to watch bands live. I also enjoy going to the beach and camping. I can usually always find a way to enjoy myself in any situation. I'm not opposed to doing or going to things I haven't done before. I love animals. I dog sit often for several people. My dream is to work with animals. I want to do animal wildlife rescue. My goal is to make it to Africa and Madagascar. I also paint, sculpt and draw.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love thrillers, science-fiction, fiction drama. Pretty much anything really. I watch a lot of television! My favorite band is Slipknot. So I guess you would consider me a metal head. However my house is full of Hello Kitty! :) The books I've read lately include The Daily Coyote, and Merle's Door. Anything about animals. My boyfriend however, loves rap. We like to bowl, play darts and pool and watch UFC. We're both pretty laid back and just go with the flow.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing in my life happened two years ago. I found my biological mom. I was adopted from birth. We just spent a week together and the whole story is pretty amazing. It really is a fairy tale or after school special. :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always interested in learning anything. I find myself taken in more when I'm learning about something I never thought I would be interested in or want to learn or know about in the first place.
