COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been enjoying friendships with people from all over the world for many years and I just see this space as the logical evolution of that aspect of my life. I want my life to become even richer (with new people and experiences) and my house in Madrid to continue with the constant flow of friends ;)

- Yoga and meditation: I am a Yoga Teacher in my free time (totally available to give a class)
- Traveling: I love places where the people and the culture is different. It helps me to grow as a person and it puts me in new situations that allow me to develop my adventurous spirit ^_^

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Camping in Sol in the middle of Madrid: Being part of the social movement of the indignants and seeing the Spanish Revolution being a sucess for a while when very different people of the Spanish society came together in order to try to make a better country.
- Feeling part of a community when I was in Naghera (Kisumu, Kenya) and learning very important lessons for life from people who had a deeper and different wisdom.
- Learning from Swamis in India and Lamas in the Himalayas.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love both to teach and to learn.

I can give Sivananda Hatha Yoga style classes to anyone interested.

I used to teach Spanish in Paris and also volunteering with foreign people in Madrid.

I can teach you how to cook Spanish food, but I'd rather do it in Madrid since I use the best quality olive oil for my meals ^_^
