Overview
About Me
I grew up in California, lived in New York and Montréal and now am starting a new chapter in Europe. Currently living in Baden, Switzerland for several months and am excited to travel around Europe and see some cities and countries that I haven't explored at all or a lot yet.
I love learning new things, getting to know people and making new friends, and savoring the moment, wherever I am.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The idea of sharing cultures, experiences and learning something new together is really appealing to me. What has been most memorable to me in my travels so far is the people I've met and the things they've shared with me. So I hope to continue meeting interesting (in my book everyone is interesting :) ), diverse people who enjoy the same.

Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach someone how to feel better in body/mind and stand taller, thanks to my training in Amexander Technique. I could also share interesting places I love in NYC. I would also love to learn how to drive a manual car if anybody is up for a challenge! ;) And I'm trying to learn German to integrate better into Switzerland so any help there would be great.
What I Can Share with Hosts
If you want to experience a new way of being in your body (especially good if you struggle with posture or have pain), I can share it with you.
I love cooking healthy, veggie food and would happily cook something with you :)
Also possible: English conversation practice
