About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To go to places where the sun shines and the people smile

ABOUT ME

I like to talk a lot and I ask zillions of questions. Maybe I should have been a journalist instead of linguist. I'm not nosy, ok, I'm just interested!

I like to run and I'm training to do a marathon in June with my brother.

I study too much and don't learn enough. I like to spend a lot of time organizing things: my time, detailed study plans, other people's lives, all while I'm supposed to be writing papers.

I speak Catalan, Spanish and German.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I meet with people and chat with them about Barcelona.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience on Couchsurfing was when I went to Morroco and stayed with Mohammad and his very hospitable family. It was perfect-except for being sick the entire time.

Since then, I've met loads of lovely people through hosting and surfing.

Interests

learning about languages and dialects, chit chatting, riding my bike around, asking questions, loose leaf tea, traveling to places where the toilets are holes in the ground.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to make an urban garden out of a bed frame or a palet from the grocery store. I can also teach you the tricks of dumpster diving in Barcelona.

I want to learn about other cultures and languages. I also want to learn about your yummy food and your beautiful songs.
