About Me

When I get to Hell I want to be in Senior Management, probably in charge of the entertainment & debauchery division.

Single, professional, involved in the music biz for years. I've lived all over the U.S. and hung with rock stars and Occupiers, so am comfortable with people from all walks of life.

I'm extremely well-traveled, and in addition to being a road manager for a few years I've hitchhiked 48 states. I've traveled to over 30 countries solo, so can offer tips on travel tactics, safety, and things/places to check out.

I'm one of the very few people you'll ever meet that has found himself on the other side of the fence-in North Korea....but that's a story for when we meet.

One of my travel goals is to try and get anywhere before McDonald's does. I've been pretty successful in that approach so far, and it has taken me to some seriously off-the-beaten-path places.

Believe in ethics and Karma.

Music, Movies, and Books

Most anything musical, great foreign films and totally stupid comedies like Borat and Jackass. Favorite flicks....King of Hearts, The Harder They Come, A Clockwork Orange

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been to North Korea twice in 24 hours, a totally unplanned event.
I worked Roger Waters "The Wall" concert at the Berlin Wall (335,000 people), stage managed The Beach Boys & The Ventures on 4th July at the Washington Monument (235,000 people) and have been to the Great Wall, Machu Pichu, hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and scaled the ivy covered walls of the LA Coliseum to see The Stones. In college I sneaked into more gigs than you have probably seen/heard.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach people about travel tactics, communication, and practical safety on the road so you don't end up in bad situations or penniless with no belongings.

I do consulting for businesses that are looking to set up a national dealer/distributor/rep network to sell their products. So...I am filled with ideas about how to launch a small business, or to take a large business to the next level of sales/marketing effectively and within a budget and timeframe.

Countries I’ve Visited
