Hi! I’m Tanee from the Philippines. I live in Parañaque City, southernmost part of the Metro, with my family but since I work in Quezon City (which is on the north side of the Metro) I also rent an apartment so I can be near my job. Commuting is such an adventure in Manila, I’d rather not take my chances with the congested traffic. Hahaha!

Oh and I’m a journalist / tv producer by the way. I shoot, write scripts and edit content for tv — this is something I am very passionate about. We deliver stories for a news and public affairs program in one of the country’s leading network. I’m still stoked with the idea that millions of my countrymen watch our show and that we actually influence or create trends and opinions.

Most of the time I’m occupied with work, I’m moving around the country a lot to film stories. And when I’m free, I still prefer to go places and experience new things.

Reason why I’m here: I plan to travel around Croatia - Slovenia - Austria by summer of 2018 and I’m hoping to find hosts and new friends who may help me with thia travel goal! :)
