About Me

Hello! 👋
I’m originally from California and grew up in the Bay Area near San Francisco.

I’m easy going and spiritually minded. I follow a simple ideology of be the change you want to see in the world. I follow a plant based diet and would call myself loosely vegan.
I’ve got many interests and can geek out about video games, appreciate a variety of music genres, or get deep into philosophical discussions about the sociological effects of different trends in our culture. Meditation and yoga are important practices to me although I’m still a beginner when it come to yoga.

Currently traveling through SEA and will be back in the USA on September 10th 2018.

After that I plan to teach English online and live nomadically for some time.
I’d love to get more involved with the couch surfing community after meeting two fantastic women who introduced me to it while I was staying in Mui Ne in Vietnam.
Shoutout to Alessia and Chelsea! Thanks for helping me take the plunge to get involved. 🙏

I’m interested in a variety of books!
Lately I’ve been reading a lot of books regarding spirituality.
I’ve got an interest in learning more about Hinduism, and wish I could read Sanskrit!
I also love sci-fi and fantasy books.
Always open to some recommendations!

Currently reading:
Autobiography of a Yogi
Dune
The Untethered Soul
Ask and it is Given
The Bhagavad Gita

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I bought a motorcycle in Vietnam and used it to travel the country north to south. It was quite a trip! “Fun” may not have always been the right word to describe it, but I learned a lot and got to see sides of Vietnam I would have never otherwise encountered.

Teach, Learn, Share

I always strive to bring my most authentic and compassionate self forward in every interaction. I can teach you about holistic medicine, nutrition, and the gut microbiome (this has been a big area of personal interest and research for a few years)
I love to talk on philosophical and spiritual ideas and concepts or can help lead you in a meditation practice together. Or we can geek out about the newest tech trends and and shiny new gadgets being invented.
I’ve got stories abound from my travels and always am down to hear your best stories as well!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Anything I have with me. What’s mine is yours as well. I promise to bring my best self forward.
Come from a place of love in all actions, and it will come full circle.
