Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no couch surfing experience as of yet, but my sister highly recommended it to me as a great way to meet new people and see places from a local's point of view. It sounds like a great concept to me and I'm keen to make up for lost time.

Interests

I live an active lifestyle, getting outdoors and playing sport whenever I get the chance. I like to tramp, wakeboard, swim, run, play soccer or just about anything that makes you puff.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love foreign films, such as 2046, In the mood for love, Hero, L'auberge espagnole to name a few and try to get to the cinema at least once a week when I'm not travelling.

Music: my favourite artist is Bjork, but I like a whole range of artists like Phoenix, The Do, CSS, Feist, Emilie Simon to Faye Wong. There is nothing better than a great live gig.

Books, right now I am reading two different books: Rousseau's 'The Social Contract', and Ian Flemings 'From Russia with Love" - that about sums it up, I'll read anything that catches my eye.
