Overview
About Me
I live in Copenhagen/Denmark, after I grew up in Germany (my parents are from both countrys), why i consider myself as half/half danish/german.
There are so many things I really like fx enjoying natur, riding my bike, art, movies, theater and (live)music. Preparing good food and eating it together is something I enjoy a lot. I am a curious and open mindet person who like to meet others, talking about the small and big things in life :-)
And I am a happy mother to 2 grown up daughters who are almost on their own but I am lucky to feel very connected to them. Through them I am learning a lot and they are keeping me active connective with theit own "younger world".
Traveling for me is should be an active proces in discovering new places, if possible through locals who like to give their own perspective and who can share their very own connection to their own surroundings.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on couch surfing because of my brother Chris Pedersen, who has been a very grateful and passionate member. He has told me so much about it and got me to be a member my selv.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love Indie music, but on the other hand there are no borders to wich kind of music I listen to and enjoy.
Jim Jarmush movies, british comedies I will always be happy about. My latest favorite movie was "Lucky" with Harry Dean Stanton - highly recommandable and really touching.
Books and good literature means something special to my, why it is difficult to give one favorite. A good written story (fiction) about live can be extremely inspiring. But although dokumentaries and biografical books I think a lot about.
